If CommonLook Won’t Open
When opening CommonLook Office GlobalAccess, the software will “ping” the server to see if there are any available “seats” for the licensing key. If there are “seats” available, CommonLook will open. If there aren’t any “seats” available an error message, like the one below, will be displayed, telling the user that CommonLook is unable to connect to the server and requesting that the user try again later. (Note that the screen shot shows the error message displayed for CommonLook PDF GlobalAccess but, other than the product name, the error message in CommonLook Office is the same.)
If you encounter any issues during installation/registration, please email email@example.com. Try to include as many details as possible (screenshots are also very helpful) and our support team will assist you promptly.
