Clarity Web Edition: The layout of the user interface for Clarity Web Edition is different than the screen shots below but the functionality description is applicable to all Clarity editions, including Clarity Web, unless noted otherwise.
This report details why one or more specific documents passed, failed or requires user verification on one or more checkpoints. In order to run the report you need to:
- Specify the document(s)
- Select Failed, Passed or both
- Specify which checkpoints to use in the report
- Select the metrics you want to see in the report
Specify File Name: Choose the Verification Domain to be searched. Using the wildcard of “*” will list all files tested in that Verification Domain. Click on a file to select it for this report. There is no need to hold down the shift or control key to select other files; just click them. Clicking a highlighted file will deselect it.
Specify Passed or Failed files: Check one or both options as desired. Files requiring user verification will be found in the “Passed” results list.
Select Verifiers (verification checkpoints): Select the Section 508 checkpoints to be included in the report.
Select Metrics: Select the metrics to show in the report.
Data Retrieved by Report
The report lists test results by page, and includes the following information.
- File name, the standard used, and document status
- Page Number
- Checkpoint Name
- Checkpoint Status (passed, failed, not applicable)
The comment field is not applicable in this version of CommonLook Clarity.
